Since 2010, she has been an active figure in the global intercultural community. She is also the founder of #virtualspacehero, a boutique consultancy dedicated to guiding organizations through the complexities and challenges of remote work environments. The #virtualspacehero team leverages cutting-edge research, practical insights, and a wealth of experience to help organisations build resilient, effective, and connected virtual teams.
