Transcultural Competence Lab: Refined Experience

The Transcultural Competence Lab is back, in an improved format. After the first edition we received a great deal of positive and constructive feedback, and we also heard from many people who wanted to take part but could not attend. We took that feedback seriously, optimised the session and slightly changed the format.

On 15 September we invite you to a focused, two-hour online experience on Zoom to explore the ELEVATE methodology first-hand.

Teams do not become more effective simply because individuals know more about cultural differences. They improve when people learn how to work better in relation to one another.

The four steps of ELEVATE

During the Lab we will guide you through the whole methodology:

• Recognize
• Connect
• Elevate
• Implement with Impact

Expect experiential exercises, reflection on your own professional context, exchange with other participants and practical ideas you can transfer directly into your work.

The session is facilitated by Anna Zelno, CEO of intercultures España & LATAM, founder of the Academy for Diversity and Innovation and co-author of both the ELEVATE project and its methodology.

Who it is for

The Lab is designed for HR, L&D and DEI professionals, trainers, consultants, facilitators, educators and leaders working with diverse, international or multicultural teams.

How to join

Participation is free. Places are limited and, because the quality of the experience depends on the composition and the active participation of the group, a short application and selection process is required before joining.
